SubscriberAre there any differences between the frictional contact simulation between two faces in MEMS and general models?

Forum ModeratorHello,
I am assuming in MEMS you want to model surface roughness as well. You cannot model the roughness in geometry but the friction coefficient which remains same for both models will be used to represent friction due to roughness.
