SubscriberWhen I'm trying to open Ansys workbench, I'm receiving this error:
"Mechanical failed to open the database: The Mechanical editor does not have a valid license. Please refer the following directory for more information: C:Usersmme-adminAppDataLocalTemp.ansys."
Any help would be appreciated.
question: Do I need to log into my license account and keep it running by clicking on the start bottom any time I'm working with Ansys? or is it a one step process?
Thanks

Forum ModeratorIs the license file that is installed showing ISSUED=03-feb-2021? If not, you are not running the correct license file and will need to install the latest license, issued 03-feb-2021.nMarch 24, 2021 at 2:27 pmjadh0185
