Mechanical crashes when trying to see mesh or simulation results

  Everytime I open a project and try to take a look at the mesh or simulation results, Mechanical crashes with the message "AnsysWBU.exe encountered a problem. A diagnostic file has been written: C:UsersusernameAppDataLocalTempAnsysWBDumpfile.dmp". The same happens when I create a new project and try to create a mesh there. I have tried out all solutions I could find on the Internet but nothing works. It happens in versions 2021R1 as well as in 2020R2.

  Under %TEMP%\Workbenchlogs, there should be logs files.
  Can you sort by date and then post the contents of the 2 latest log files as we are not allowed to open attached files.

  All the logs are in German as I use the German version of Ansys, but here are they nevertheless:

  I'm facing a similar problem in 2021 R1: Mechanical crashes with the message "AnsysWBU.exe encountered a problem. A diagnostic file has been written. I'm a master's student and currently working on my master's thesis. Please help ?
