Maxwell 2D/Twin Builder Cosimulation Error

I am attempting to run a cosimulation in Twin builder with a Maxwell 2D model of an IPM machine. When I go to run the cosimulation, I get the following error: "Maxwell2d solver, process solver2d error: Internal Solver Error:  'ExternalSimulator contact error.'. Please contact ANSYS technical support."

I have been unable to find any information on what this means, other than that this is an issue on the Maxwell side and not Twin Builder. If I unlink the transient-transient option in the Maxwell model, it will run just fine by itself.

      Any help is appreciated, thanks!

      Hello,

Did you start the cosimulation from Simplorer side?

Yes. The transient-transiet link was enabled in the Maxwell model, and the I attempted to use Twin Builder to run the cosimulation.

      Hi,

Could you use the support button on the left to submit a service request ticket? We can have a engineer check and debug your model.

      Thanks,

      GL

Unfortunately I cannot, as when I attempt to i get a message that says "Your account shows you are not eligible to receive technical customer support from Ansys and, therefore, are unable to log into our Ansys Customer Support Space." This is why I posted my message here.

      Thanks!
