I'm trying to model hydrogel material fabricated by our group that appears isotropic, linearly elastic in tension and compression, but has a different elastic modulus in tension and compression. I can't find an lsdyna material that would allow me to model this. Hyperelastic materials like the Ogden or generalized hyperelastic models give poor fits to my experimental data. How would I model this, is there a material in dyna that I'm missing?

Hello,
Could you please look at the *MAT_SIMPLIFIED_RUBBER/FOAM. This material model provides a rubber and foam model specified with a single uniaxial load curve.Â
Thank you,
Alex
