Is the hole on side of a pipe, from where the fluid outlet will be? What issue you are currently facing and what workflow you are currently using to extract the fluid domain?Â

SubscriberYou should be able to create a circular sketch and pull it to create the outlet geometry, that you can boolean in to the central fluid geometry as well.
