SubscriberI have an end user who is not able to license Lumerical 2024 R1.Â
He can see the license but is not able to check out a license and when he tries to start Lumerical 2024 R1 all of the products are displaying "evaluate".
I am guessing that it has something to do with the license but we just renewed and I would have assumed that the license would be valid for the latest release. Â
I just wanted to see if there was something on my end that needed to be done - I have updated to the latest version of the License server.Â

Can you send the files to Lumerical installation support? Or what is your email and can reply to you via email. Thank you!Â

The problem has been resolved - The computer in question had special characters in the name. This was keeping the license from working properly.Â
The problem has been resolved (I do not know how to mark the thread resolved).Â
