LS-DYNA shell element failed

  Hello,
  
  My model in LSDYNA is throwing error termination due to the attached error. That is all what I can find in the d3shp and mes000 files.
  
  Any suggestions on what would cause that?

  You can go through all the mesNNNN files to see which shell elements have failed (maybe look at mes0062)
