I have an issue with Ansys LS Dyna 2025R1.03 which looks like a software bug. It was ok with 2024R2.04

I create my model in Ansys LS Dyna, export the input file to LS-Prepost to check, make changes, and then run.

When having 'layered section' in Ansys LS Dyna, the input file generated by mechanical is corrupt and does not open completely in LS Dyna. See the screenshot below.

When removing the 'layered section', there is no problem.

It looks like LS-Prepost cannot read elements 3, 6, 9, 12, etc in my model, so the model of a square looks like the image below. All elements are similar in definition.

Any help is appriciated!

Hi,

Have you tried recreating the model setup from scratch?

If not, please give it a try. If the issue still persists, kindly share the detailed steps you followed to set up and reproduce the issue.
