Hello,

I want to do a thermal-structural analysis for a PBF process in Ansys Mechanical. For this I used the custom system "AM LPBF Thermal-Structural" in Workbench. I have loaded the LPBF Add-on, however when I want to start the Setup Wizard, it does not want to open. There is no error message occuring it just simply won't start (For comparison I also tried the DED Wizard, which also won't open). Also in general Ansys Mechanical seems to work fine, I did a static structural analysis that worked. I tried different ways on trouble shooting the problem and already reinstalled the whole software, to make sure everything is installed properly. It still does not work. I am also not sure if this has something to do with my license (research license from my university) or if it's just a setting I'm missing in the background? Any idea on how to solve this would be much appreciated!

Can you please check with the Account Manager on this issue? ANSYS Additive Suite not working w/ Research License
