Hello, I'm forcing the following problem. I'm trying to simulate condensation on the surface of the heat exchanger. I tried VOF and Mixture multiphase, but evrey time Water. Volume Fraction is close to zero. Can anyone suggest why? Temperature of surface is -20 C, temperature of water vapor is 4 C, external walls are pressure-inlet. Simulation before is VOF after 60s.

Hi Andrei,
The low value of water condensate indicates that the condensation is not significant. This is a possible scenario.
Rate of condensation depend on,- The amount of moisture in the flow. In case if the amount is less then there will be less condensation.
- The phase change parameter used in the simulation. Increasing this parameter will generate more condensation effect.
Hope this helps.
