Loading / using udfs, uds, etc.

  Can anyone help me on how to resolve the erros involing the loading the udf c file, for compilation and so. Everytime i load c code i get some warings, and errors. "ERROR: The UDF library you are trying to load (libudf) is not compiled for parallel use on the current platform (win64). The system cannot find the file specified." and waring saying "No version of Visual Studio compiler found - C/C++ compilers most likely not set correctly" although VS tool builds and necessary compliers are already installed yet i am getting these errors. I would really appreciate if someone could help in resolving this.
