  老师，您好，这个案例中仿真vpi是在dc情况下进行的，请问一下如果仿真高频情况比如20GHz正弦信号的时候的Vpi是多少，这个该如何仿真或者设置参数呢？

    20GHz是施加射频信号的频率也是带宽，这种情况下是不是不用charge仿真，而是用其他的软件比如HFSS呢？
