请问如果想导入带有非线性系数的各向异性材料时，想利用chi2模型，选择diagonal后，表格的xx，yy，zz分别表示什么呢？表中的每一格对应应该填什么呢，比如是铌酸锂材料，d33应该对应在哪个位置呢，十分感谢！

diagonal代表各向异性材料的介电系数张量是对角线分布，具体描述参考如下
