Line body cross-section rotation unavailable in the details view – DesignModeler

  Hi, not sure whether I should post here but there is no better place for my question either. I'm doing line body geometry using Design Modeler, and would need to rotate the line to better align with the cross-sectional axis. However the rotation option isn't shown in the details view as they should be. Would you please advise how to get them up? I'm using Ansys 2023R2 version.

  In DM, click on the line and then you will see options to edit the alignment/rotate profile as shown
  See if this helps

  We already did and the option isn't shown up. It could be a version or licence issue as we encountered before. Is there anybody who could email us directly? We are an education institute with many users waiting for a solution. Thanks!
