Hello.

I'm asking because I got a license error while using Ansys Motion.
The Pre/Post Processor is working, but when the Preprocessor starts the calculation, the following error occurs.

I'm using a license provided by the school.

Please help me solve this problem.

Hi,

Can you please verify if vmotion increment is available in the license file. Also, check if you are able to ping and telnet the server.
