SubscriberHello all, Â Â Â I've just downloaded Ansys 19.2 student version on my home computer for university work. But as I try to open Mechanical APDL/Product Launcher and most programs I come across "this is a fatal error, exiting." where Ansys can not connect to any license serves. Â Please can anybody help with this? -

SubscriberWhen I search "%temp%.ansys" in windows I find 0 results. So that is unfortunately no good, anything else?

Ansys EmployeeOpen CMD Prompt, then issue the following command
set
capture the screenshot of the output and post it here.
Also, this "%temp%.ansys" is not the search from Windows File Explorer, it's the search box on Windows Taskbar (the one next to Windows Start Menu).
Thanks,
Win

Ansys EmployeeTry manually browse to
C:UsersaidanweeksAppDataLocalTemp.ansys
then look for the file that says 'demo.
.log'Â
Open this file up and scroll to the bottom of the file and post the screenshot of it
Thanks,
Win
