SubscriberI'm currently trying to download Therml Desktop, and have obtained all neccesary licenses, but the licenses are not "in use" and appear not to be recognized. The Ansys license manager shows none of the licenses were ever in use, yet I have all of the ones necessary for TD. Below is a picture of my license manager. What should I do so that the licenses are recognized and I can use thermal desktop?

Check if your client is pointing to correct server, launch Ansys Licensing Settings as an admin from start menu> Click on License Server> mention correct servername and port no.> click on test button (green check mark should appear)> save the file.
Click on Features in use it should show all the increments.
Launch your TD application
