License Manager Error

      Hello everyone,I get the program started and can also load files there when it is started.
      When I double-click on an sdoc to open Spaceclaim, I get the error message in the attachment.
      What can we do?
      I have not found the Discovery Licensing Mode Manager for R2.

      Hello Matthias, 

      There was a known with SpaceClaim 2023 R2 for subscription users and is resolved in Service Pack 2. Please try installing 2023 R2 SERVICE PACK 2 from here Discovery Downloads - Ansys Knowledge

      Also make sure licensing mode is set to Subscription. The utility (‘LicenseModeGUI’) should be in this location, C:\Program Files\ANSYS Inc\v232\Discovery.

      Hello Matthias, 

      You can try copying Microsoft.Identity.Client.dll from elsewhere to the scdm folder:

      Copy from: $(AWP_ROOT232)\Subscription\bin\Win64\Microsoft.Identity.Client.dll

      to: $(AWP_ROOT232)\scdm\Microsoft.Identity.Client.dll 

      The file you want is 1,407 KB. Let me know if this helps.

      Hello Matthias, 

      You will have to go to location where SpaceClaim is installed. Mostly it should be at below location: 

      C:\Program Files\ANSYS Inc\v232\Subscription\bin\Win64

      Hello Matthias, 

      There should be only one Microsoft.Identity.Client.dll which you will need at that location. Once you find that, you will need copy and paste it at the below location:

      C:\Program Files\ANSYS Inc\v232\scdm
