License key issue

      We created a license server info file on our computer before we connected it to the ethernet and got a corresponding license key for that file. Now we have the same computer on ethernet and we are now getting this error when we try and run it. Is it possible to salvage the key or do I need to request a new one?

      The error shows the host ids of the server changed. You have to regenerate the LSTC_SERVER_INFO file and request a new license key to match the server ids captured in the LSTC_SERVER_INFO file.
