License Issue Starting HFSS Simulations in ANSYS Electronics Desktop

Opening HFSS projects and validations all work just fine, but consistantly I have not been able to start a simulation without these two errors popping up. I am connected to the university licencing server, and using Ansys Electronics 2026 R1. I had used Ansys Electronics 2024 R2 with a licence from CMC Microsystems for many months before with no issue, and a week ago I got a licence directly from Ansys. Since then I have dealing with this problem and my work has been halted. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in this matter.

Hi Mohammed,

Let me know if you are pointing to correct server via Ansys Licensing Settings and verify if you have any ANSYSLMD_LICENSE_FILE variable under system environment variable. 

You might be still pointing to old server.
