      Request name electronicsckt_gui
      1 does not exist in the licensing pool. 

      how to resolve the issue?

      I would recommend uninstalling then rename the c:\Program Files\Ansys Inc\Ansys Student\v241 directory to v241.old

      Then reinstall making sure to right-click on the setup.exe and choosing run as administrator
