License Installation issues – Inquiry

  Hi all, I hope this inquiry finds you well.
  We've recently tried to upgrade our ANSYS licensing for this year 2025-2026 "Ansys Academic Research Mechanical". We have followed the protocols based on the installation videos. Once we completed installation we noticed that we are now receiving errors that say the following below: Another thing we noticed is that it says 0/3 under all current license usage - and we think this may be related.

  Has anyone had any experience with licensing issues? We previously had done all of our licensing updates for LS-DYNA on the LSTC client, but now that we've switched over to using the ANSYS protocol we seem to have some errors.

  Do you have the Environment variable set:
  LSTC_LICENSE=ANSYS
