SubscriberI am getting an error that says that the licensed number of users has already been reached. However, I just renewed the ANSYS license last week. I am the only user on the license. It was only installed on my computer. Has anyone already figured out a way to resolve this?

Ansys EmployeeIf you are the sole user and the licenses are hosted locally on your machine, stop the ANSYS License Manager, then open the Task Manager and make sure that there are no ANSYS related processes running (except Tomcat) , start the ANSYS License Manager again, wait a minute and check the license status to see if every license is available

SubscriberThis seems to fix the problem. There were several ANSYS processes running in the background that I wouldn't have detected without the task manager.
