Hello:
I am doing the analysis related to the properties of capacitors. I need to simulate the leakage current of a capacitive structure as well as the TDDB(time-dependent dielectric breakdown). Could you please tell me is there any ansys tools are capable of doing such simulations?
Thanks

Hello Yushu,
Could you check the 3D transient A-phi solver and use project dataset as relative permittivity of materail properties to present TDDB ?

Hello,
I am not sure about which ansys software you are talking about. Could you please give me more detail about it?
Best,
Yushu

Hi,
Thanks for your clarification. I am a newcomer to Maxwell. Could you please give me some tutorial or example about how to use this to solve the TDDB? I appreciate your support.
Best,
Yushu
