latest LS prepost not updating the animation bar

  Has anyone see how the newest LS prepost - 4.12.6 not updating the animation state bar? basically, when you click on the triangle, the blue button doesn't move to the right at all.

  Hi Dennis,
  If no states are provided in d3plot, this situation may occur. Assuming that at least a few states are available, please use the DEV or a lower version to bypass this issue.

  Hi Ram, there were states and the animation is playing. the bar just doesn't move. and if I look at the log window, it also doesn't update the state number but the contour plot does update and the time on the top left updates.
  anyways, if this is a confirmed bug, at least I know. I have 4.10 installed so it's ok.
