  老师您好，激光器中如果要使用In0.6Ga0.4As材料，如果资料库中没有，请问导入需要哪些参数呢？

  In0.6Ga0.4As是主动材料吗？如果是，显然你需要看到其介电常数的虚部是负数才可以出现增益，一般建议使用　Magnetic Electric Lorentz 材料模型，参见

  有几个未知量，如果你有几个波长的结果，当然可直接求解。如果已知波长的结果只有一个，那说明你仅重视一个波长，你可以把这个波长的结果代入，其它参数的选择基本合理，不要太大或者太小，只要在这个波长对就可以了。有解析公式，有已知的条件，怎么求解就随你了。
