If the question is about if Autodyn files .ad and results files .adres can be read into a third-party program, the general answer is no. But if you have Ensight program, you can try to load Autodyn results files: .adres. The import was implemented a long time ago and hasn't been updated since. Thus the import may not work with the latest release of Ensight.
