Issue with Zemax and SPEOS

  We are licensed for Ansys Multiphysics product. I get my licncses for our central licncses server from Ansys portal. There are two applications Zemax and SPEOS and they supposed to be part of our Ansys Multiphysics license. But “Ansys License Manager Release 2024 R1” does not show the two packages and the users also can see any license for these two. Every time I contact the Rep Ansys his answer is we have the license for sub product Zemax and SPEOS and we should have them under our license agreement. This issue been lingering for a long time. I need a help to figure out what is wrong is it in the licncses or in the process.
