SubscriberHi, I have a question regarding Thermal Desktop Licensing. I have installed the licenses, AutoCAD and thermal desktop without much issue, but whenever I try to access a thermal element or use a thermal function a window pops up stating "Unable to get a license, Thermal Desktop will now terminate. Then it says Thermal Desktop:1, RadCAD:0, etc. On License Manager, everything is functioning fine. My license server is running, my license file has been uploaded and license manager runs it with the license, showing that the problem is likely not with the server. There is also no clear error. One telling sign is that it currently states none of my licenses are in use, despite the license server running with the license file without problems. How would I get around this and activate my license for thermal desktop?Â

Ansys EmployeeSorry you are having troubles.  Please providee some details:
1)Â What version of Ansys Thermal Desktop do you have installed?
2)Â When you open the Client Licensing Settings, what version is it?
3)  On the Client Licensing Settings, on the left is a button for Diagnostics. Click that and reply with the zip file attached
