SubscriberHello
I'm running a ship motion simulation in ansys aqwa.
Is it possible to obtain the cut water plane area of a structure in the time domain?
Thank you in advance -

Ansys EmployeeIn Aqwa-Naut (Hydrodynamic Response - Time Domain Analysis in Regular/Irregular Wave Response in Workebnch), the instantanuous wetted hull surfaces under incident waves are calculated for the nonlinear incident wave and hydrostatic forces. There is not the cut water area definition in this nonlinear analysis.
