Hello, I'm having trouble trying to install ansys 2023R2. I've downloaded the set up application from my university (as an ISO file) and got as far as being able to see theset up application. However whenever I come to open the set up nothing happens. I've tried running it as administrator as well. One thing i have noticed is when I go to task manager and go to details, set up does appear for a ~10seconds before disappearing again.

Hello George, 

Can you check if an Antivirus or security software is blocking the installation?
Can you run the installer again then search for Event Viewer in the start menu search bar --> Expand Windows logs --> application, then check for ERROR row?
