Installation Problems

  I've downloaded Ansys Student for an online course that I'm in, but when I try to actually install the program, I get this error message.
  I tried contacting support, but I couldn't find my customer number, and I haven't been able to get in touch with the course instructor to get that information. Does anyone have any advice they can offer?
