Installation Problems

  I've downloaded Ansys Student for an online course that I'm in, but when I try to actually install the program, I get this error message.
  I tried contacting support, but I couldn't find my customer number, and I haven't been able to get in touch with the course instructor to get that information. Does anyone have any advice they can offer?

  Uninstall the current installation and delete the installation folder, e.g. "C:\Program Files\Ansys Inc\Student\"
  
  Try to do a clean installation:
  1. Download a fresh copy of the installer >> Download Ansys Student | Workbench-based Simulation Tools
  2. Check the installation steps and requisites at the bottom of the downloads page.
  3. Follow the installation as indicated.
