Installation and Activation

      I tried to download Spaceclaim that we had renewed a while ago. I have just gotten around to it and I cannot get it to work. When I try to login to the software using my forum login, I get the pop-ups shown in the attached Activation Errors file. When I try to activate the license using the command window as suggested in the text file that contains the order, customer, and activation IDs, I get the error shown in the attached Activation Errors-Command Window file. What is wrong?

      Discovery Named User products require an active internet connection to allow License activation. 

      The error in the image shared says that you may have a Proxy setup which maybe blocking the license activation over internet. 

      Please refer to the below page for proxy setup changes you need to make to allow Subscription activation.
