SubscriberWould like to check on how to include a thin curved rectangular beam of length about 20 um, as a structure in a simulation.Â
Any standard scripts available for this, or any other approaches would be appreciated.Â
Thanks,Â

Ansys EmployeeHi Rosmin,
Is the beam supposed to have a constant radius of curvature? Is it supposed to look like a curved waveguide? Could you please share a screenshot of the structure? Thank you!
Regards,

Ansys EmployeeIf you can define the curvature directly by it's coordinates on a plane, or have an equation that can be used to generate the co-ordinates, then the simplest apporach would be to use a polygon object.
