As mentioned by Keyur, you will need to use a UDF to do this. Please refer to Fluent Customization manual for details. There are numerous examples on how to use UDFs to pass a velocity profile to Fluent. You will need to use DEFINE_PROFILE macro for this. Here is an example from the Customization Manual.
