SubscriberI am using Fluent icing. The airflow was solved successfully but the droplet solver is giving me errors. However, before I used periodic boundary conditions I solved the problem up to the ICE3D. Could you please advise on how I can use the periodic boundary condition?
The geometry is an airfoil with depth along Z-direction of 0.1m

Forum ModeratorWhat does the manual say about periodic flows, particles and the icing tools?

Subscriber Symmetry and periodic types do not require a specific set-up for icing applications and therefore are not described in the manual. What does that mean?

Forum ModeratorProbably means they should work. However, if it's failing with the droplet solver there may not be full compatibility? Is the flow aligned with the periodic boundary?
What's the mesh quality like?
