Importing KICAD PCBs to Q3D simulation

  Hi all,
  I have been trying to import a KICAD PCB file into Q3D to extract the parasitics from the design.
  I have tried using Freecad to export different file types, but non of the files I have tried have worked. I have tried using .iges as some have suggested, and .dwg/.dxf.
  I've also tried importing gerber files directly, but that doesn't seem to be possible either.
  Any help would be greatly appriciated.

  Thank you for reaching out to the Ansys Learning Forum.
  Please note that the AEDT student version allows only two types of file imports - DXF and STEP. More information on the limitations of AEDT student version is available in this link - Ansys Electronics Desktop Student Version | Free Software Download.
  Kindly try importing the DXF format from authentic CAD tools.
