Importing CAD from Solidworks to FORTE

  Dear Team,
  
  I hope this message finds you well. I created the following 1/7 sector mesh of a diesel engine on Solidworks:
  
  Is it possible for me not to mesh it in Solidworks and do all the meshing in ANSYS FORTE? Can I import it to FORTE as it is after name selection?

  Hello,
  Yes, you can mesh the geometry in Ansys Forte. For named selections, if you are exporting it into a STEP file you would need to recreate them in Ansys Forte. Thanks!
