import ODB++ files on Ansys workbench

  Hi,
  I can't import ODB++ files on Ansys Workbench (.tgz), it gives me the message: "Error: Cannot checkout al4odb++ (Failover feature 'ALinks ODB++ integration' is not available". How can I solve this problem?

  The Student Software only supports:
  Geometry Import:
  STEP, DXF
