Implement a cooling strategy in transient thermal-electric simulation

      Hello together,

i insert an external load in form of a convection. For this i would like to implement a cooling strategy. For example, i would like to make my Convection temperature dependent. Means, i have a a small solid body in my assembly named "thermocouple". As soon, as the thermocouple reaches a temperature of 25°C for example, i would like to start the cooling and my applied external convection should be activated with a value for 200W/m^2K. When the thermocouple reaches 35°C I would like to apply a another value for the convection.

I managed to apply a temperature dependent convection, but only for the surface temperature, where the convection is applied and also not for external loads.

Hope you can help me out here!

Thanks in advance and kind regards,

      Maurice

Convection only happens at the surface, so I don't understand what you mean by "also not for external loads".

      Please clarify.

Sry, i meant external data. I have a HTC map calculated by CFX which is imported as a convection load. So the external data is my convection
