Hello,

I downloaded and installed ansys student version today but the icepak module is not included in the workbench list of components. I thought Icepak was included as part of the package. Does anyone have any experience with this?

Thank you for reaching out to the Ansys learning forum. 

Please note that Icepak is not included in the Ansys Student package. For more information on the Ansys Student release, please go through this link - Download Ansys Student | Workbench-based Simulation Tools.

However, it is available in AEDT Student which can be accessed through this link - Ansys Electronics Desktop Student Version | Free Software Download. Other important information is also available in the same link.

Please note that the AEDT Icepak of the student version cannot be integrated with the Workbench of Ansys Student.
