SubscriberHi!
Im new to the software so this might be a stupid question.
I was scetching a model and noticed I made a mistake early on it. I wanted to go back to modify the original scetch but I cant find it anywhere. Structure tree is only showing solid, original imported dwg and curves from the dwg. When I press the line I want to modify and click "find in from the structure tree", it only shows it's part of the solid when other CADs im used to work on show which scetch they are part of.
My question is that can I find old scetches anymore and modify them or does Ansys delete the old scetches after a tool have been used for it?
My model and window is shown below. I could still easily start over on this model but I wanted to figure this out.
Thanks for help!

Forum ModeratorHi Kalle,
SpaceClaim by default doesn't retain the sketch and if you have closed regions it will convert them to into surfaces when entering the 3D mode.
You can use retain sketch option if you don't want to create surface/solids when you enter 3D mode.
After retaining the sketch, you can select the Use for 3D option to create regular curves and surfaces for closed sketch regions. The original sketch is retained for reuse even after you select Use for 3D.
Thanks and Regards
