SubscriberDid you download the free ANSYS Student software from this site?
If so, you don't have a customer number. Why do you think you need one?

SubscriberThank you!
However, I need to reach to customer portal. When I want to sign up to the customer portal. They expect a customer number to sign.
What can I do on this issue?

SubscriberYou are not a customer, you are using the free license. You don't get to use the customer portal. Why do you need to reach the customer portal?

SubscriberPackages on the Customer Portal are not available to users of the free Student license.
I expect you can do manually what that package helps to automate.
Have you looked at Ansys Composite PrePost or ACP (Pre) and ACP (Post) in Workbench. That is included in the Student License.
You can look for tutorial videos on YouTube and check the Courses on this site.
