I don’t get relevance centre to select quality of mesh in sizing showing coarse medium or fine

  Relevance was used to make default mesh size coarser or finer
  In newer version, you can do that with the "resolution". Check documentation for more details on resolution
  Or insert a "sizing" and specify the mesh size you want to use
