SubscriberI designed the drawing with Inventor, saved it as a file(.stp), and imported it into Geometry.I need to look at the cross section to insert pressure inside the object. However, using new cross - section with Design Modeler will cause problems with the software.
The msg encountered a problem.A diagnostic file has been written: C/User/username/AppData/Local/Temp/AnsysWBDumpFile.dmp will be displayed as shown in the image
For any object, the problem arises when I try to look at a cross section. The following is about my environment. software : Ansys Student 2021 R1nCPU : Ryzen 9 4900HS with Radeon GraphicsnGPU : RTX 2060 with Max-Q DesignnIf you know how to solve this problem, I would appreciate your advice

Subscriber.Thank you for your answer.
I immediately tried it ... . However, the inside of the object appears to be entirely filled.Â
I designed it so that the inside is hollow.Â
I want to define the inner surface as that and apply pressure to it.If this problem is very rudimentary, my apologies. I would be grateful for your help.

Forum ModeratorAssuming the middle volume is a separate component/part/lump of geometry suppress or delete it. You shouldn't then need to mesh it, and will transfer only the casing part to the solver.Â
