Hysteresis Loop for Core lose validation in ring core ( transformer method)

      Hi,
I modeled the above ring core with primary and secondary windings, and I calculated the secondary induced voltage and excitation current to get the B and H values. The observed B and H both match with the FEA results.

However, when I plot the BH data in the same figure, it does not give me a hysteresis loop; it is just the BH characteristic, which is in the following figure because there is no phase shift between B and H.

Is this due to a setting in the core loss model? I use electrical steel as the core loss model for the HiperCo 50A stator grade, 1.5mm material (sys material). Do I need to use the Hysteresis model to observe the BH loop (Hysteresis loop) when plotting both B Vs H?
For this material, the Hysteresis loss model is empty.

My initial target is to observe the hysteresis loop to validate the transformer method used for the ring core's core loss measurement.

I would highly appreciate it if anyone could help me sort out this matter.

      Thank you..

      Hello,

Yes, if you want to plot the hysteresis loop of B and H as field quantities or evaluate core loss, you will need to define a "Hysteresis Loop Model."
