Hydrodynamic Diffraction cannot connect to local license server for ACLE action.

  Hello there,
  
  I got a problem. I create a geometry and everything was great until i reach the next step. When i clicked the Model tab, this error appeared. I check the license manager and everything is working fine. Any help?

  I think this has the same root cause of the issue in
  
  /forum/forums/topic/ansys-19-2-workbench-problem/
  
  aside from the output of the set command, please go to Windows search (from taskbar), then type
  
  %temp%.ansys
  
  then look for the file that says 'demo..log'
  
  Open this file up and scroll to the bottom of the file and post the screenshots of it
