Hello, I'm currently modeling a wing with winglet for my Final Year Project but when I tried to create the flow domain I cannot do the boolean operation. Is there a problem with the geometry of the wind or it's because of the winglet? I create the model in SolidWorks since DesignModule does not have a flexibility feature compared to SolidWorks. I attach the file in IGS for reference

Forum ModeratorNon manifold means you're creating an impossible geometry, typically with a surface of zero area. Check the joint position and make sure there's an overlap: I suspect the surfaces aren't quite touching at the moment.Â
