      Discover live volume setting question.

      1) Volume extraction method
I saw help, but I don't understand, so please explain each item.
(Select Faces, Select Edges, Select Cap Face, Select Seed Face)

      2) Volume extraction method reflecting objects inside the volume
ex) If there is a shelf in the room, how to extract the volume by reflecting the shelf

Please confirm and reply to the above.
      Thank you.

      Hello 정서윤

      1) Volume extraction method

For your first question, here are some video tutorial knowledge material to explain the the process of how to do this:

As well as to understand the terminologies, please refer to the documentation link.

      2) Volume extraction method reflecting objects inside the volume

For your second question, (you can refer to the aforementioned link to get better understanding of this).
Select outer faces of the walls (to define the enclosure), you will not be required to define the capping surfaces, but for spaceclaim to understand the inner geometry, select any face (on the shelf), as a seed face. This will generate the expected fluid volume.

If you still face a problem in extracting fluid geometry, please let me know (with screenshot of the issue, if possible), and I can help you more, if necessary.
